My role involves growing and leading a team of talented architectural professionals. I shape the company’s vision and oversee its projects, ensuring our operations align with our values. Together with my fellow Co-director, Jess, we develop strategies that balance preservation with innovation.
Additionally, I provide creative direction, mentor junior architects, and coordinate with specialists in heritage restoration, sustainable design, and construction to deliver projects that honor the past while building a resilient future.

Jessica Goddard
Co-Director
I am committed to producing ambitious, sustainability-conscious architecture for various clients. Whilst leading our accomplished team, my approach emphasises high-quality work through meticulous design and meaningful collaboration.
Beyond the studio, I channel my enthusiasm for travel, landscape sketching, and personal research into futuristic sustainable concepts, further enriching my architectural expertise.

Jemila-may Espiritu
Web Design Lead
My duties are to visually represent our online image accordingly, showcasing Timeless Studio’s unique approach to heritage-led design. By curating visuals, insights, and project narratives, I help connect our work with a wider audience, fostering conversations around cultural, and innovative design.
I believe that my online presence and hobby of using quick editing software's will allow Timeless Studios Ltd to gain a respected reputation amongst our target audience as well as the younger generation.

I’m part of the marketing team at Timeless Studio Ltd. I’m passionate about crafting compelling brand stories, creating engaging content, and developing marketing strategies that make an impact. With a mix of creativity and data-driven insights, I help bring our studio’s vision to life, ensuring our projects reach the right audience most effectively.


Utsab Rai
Graphic designer
As the graphic designer on our team, my role is mainly centred around our branding, presentations, and marketing materials where I help to bring our ideas to life visually. I focus on creating designs that not only look appealing but also communicate our message effectively.
I chose this role because I believe visual design is where I can have the most beneficial impact on the team, as it has always been one of my strongest qualities when it comes to design.

Amber-Mae Noel
Graphic designer
My approach is to use social media to influence communities by showcasing the beauty and significance of architecture and cultural heritage in a fresh, engaging way. Platforms like Instagram allow us to share visually appealing content, from historic landmarks to modern designs, making architecture more relatable.

I specialise in heritage at Timeless Studio Ltd. I’m passionate about preserving, interpreting, and celebrating cultural heritage, ensuring that the past continues to inspire the present.
My role involves researching historical narratives, curating authentic storytelling, and integrating heritage elements into our projects in meaningful ways.

Matt Dougan

As a dedicated part of a larger team, our sole mission is to transform our clients’ desires into precise, innovative visual and physical representations. We take pride in preserving the importance of heritage while driving forward a more inspired and sustainable built future.
History is the foundation of our identity, we simply add our own modern touch.

Rhiannon Clark
Designer
Within the Design Team we will be ensuring a sensory experience throughout exhibition design to best enhance the firm’s developments. We design reflecting on historic context and how to adapt existing ambiences to provide new life to our towns and cities.
We specialise in providing creative visions to masterplanning, historic conservation and adaptive reuse.

Aisha Almansouri
Designer
As a passionate member of the design team, I am committed to providing an exceptional experience throughout the exhibition for our visitors. My role revolves around creating spaces that convey a compelling story which captivates and inspires.
Focusing on strategic impactful lighting as well as interactive features. We will also promote heritage and reflect it on our exhibition design.

George McArdle
Compliance Lead
Part of my duties are to assist the studio with regulatory compliance, enforcing the codes of conduct set by the bodies of RIBA and ARB in all of our projects, ensuring duty of care, managing negligence issues and disciplinary proceedings where required. My passion for the philosophy of architectural design in conjunction with my communicative and interpersonal skills led me to pursue Timeless Studios Ltd. At the studio, I work as part of the wider Legal & Finance team but am on hand for all members of the studio when needed.
Outside of the studio, you will find me camping, reading or working on personal DIY projects.

Joel Matthews
Financial Lead
As CFO, I lead the financial team and work closely with Caoimhe to ensure we stay within budget while maximising our resources. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards in our work, balancing ambitious goals with strategic financial planning. Beyond Timeless Studios, I have a strong passion for sports and thrive in team environments.
I’m excited to apply this collaborative mindset to our journey and see just how far Timeless Studios can go.
Kyra Cousins
HR

Situated within the Legal and Finance team, I serve as a central point of contact for administrative and HR-related tasks, supporting efficient workflow and a positive employee experience. Within the scope of human resources, I will ensure compliance with studio standards, policies, and procedures. Furthermore, I’ll be a point of contact for general HR enquiries, including GDPR and grievances, as well as assisting colleagues with professional development and training.
Additionally, I shall be available to support colleagues with administrative tasks such as, booking and scheduling, facilitating meetings, acquiring supplies, making general enquiries, drafting letters and documents, proofing documents, processing and tracking data, organising filing systems and general administration for any RMS.

Abdulla Alaraifi
Chief Technical Officer
My role involves closely collaborating with the Design Team to ensure that our projects align with sustainable and environmental standards, yet integrating contemporary and eco-friendly practices, we aim to create structures that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also targeting to minimise the buildings carbon footprints. Aligning with building regulation in addition to obtaining any necessary planning permissions and building regulations approvals.
Furthermore, assisting the Budget Team with planning and cost estimates for projects.

Caoimhe McMahon
Structural Technician/Budget Analyst
I provide a blend of creativity and financial insight to projects. My role consists of helping to manage costs to ensure projects stay within financial constraints, whilst also having input into material choices and ensuring the structural integrity of designs at every stage.
With a passion for building and model-making, I provide practicality, creativity, and attention to detail through a hands-on approach.
